Finding and fixing roof leaks is what we do, detection, repairs, emergency make-safe and reporting, handled start to finish by one licensed Melbourne team.
We inspect your entire roof system, not just the obvious spots, and we stay on-site until the leak source has been identified. The only exceptions: if you'd prefer we stop (we charge per hour, and the decision is always yours), or if heavy rain makes the roof unsafe, in which case we return to finish the job.
Speak with our local team, 99% of calls answered, same-day response available.
Thermal imaging pinpoints the exact leak source, with a photographic report, arrows and repair notes, in 24 hours.
Your fixed repair quote is sent for approval within 24 hours, no obligation.
The same licensed plumbers complete the leaking roof repair, backed by a 10-year workmanship warranty.
Same-day response is available on most enquiries. We deliberately reserve around 20% of our schedule for urgent roof leaks, and emergency make-safe services are available for active leaks causing damage right now.
Leak detection is $295 +GST per hour, including report time, with up to 2 licensed plumbers on site. You then receive a detailed photo report and a fixed quote for the roof repair, so you know the full cost before any repair work begins. Our price reflects the quality of the service: imaging equipment, a report with photos and arrows showing exactly what needs to be done, and repairs that hold.
